Studio Guidelines

NEW CLIENTS (all class sessions are 45 min in duration unless otherwise indicated)

Starting with Pilates:

1) An introductory private session (assessment session) is recommended but NOT mandatory. This session will help you optimize your practice by understanding what you specifically want to be focusing on during your group class sessions and also how to move with and through your discomforts to rebalance your body for strength, agility and flexibility.

​Starting with Nia:

2) Nia is a movement form that invites you into movement and class without any pre-requisit. Nia is your body's way and offers a kind, mindful and exilirating experience in your cardio training.

CLOTHING AND ATTIRE & FACILITY

​

3) CLOTHING: Comfortable clothing. Stretch materials are recommended. We move without shoes, except in our Dance fitness sessions.

4) FACILITY: We have you covered. All equipment you need is on site. Please feel free to make use of our water station, mats, equipment and toilet/shower facility. After your class please wipe down your mat.

STUDIO GUIDELINES & POLICIES

5) Please arrive at least 5 min prior to your class.

6) Remember to switch your devices onto silent.

7) There are lockers outside the studio space for your shoes and belongings. If you would like to bring your valuables into the class you are welcome to.

8) Please take note of our Cancellations policy below.

BOOKINGS

​

9) Octiv is your booking platform. Guidelines and Waiver will be requested through the platform.

10) Cancellations 17hrs prior to your class will be honoured.

​

PRIVATE SESSIONS:

​

11) Private sessions are also booked & managed on the Octiv app.

12) Semi private sessions and Private function events for Pilates and Nia are available and for this you communicate with our studio number directly 083 7752703.

CANCELLATIONS

​

13) Please honour our 17hr cancellation policy for private as well as group class bookings.

14) Cancelling your Membership requires one calender month cancellation period before the last day of your subscription and needs to be done on the Octiv app or let us know if you need help. Holiday, or illness/injury pauses can be taken with written notification to info.thinksilver@gmail.com if you would like to pause your subscription.
