If you are ready to try out booking and paying through our new website, these following steps will guide you:
a) Head over to the membership area and select a pricing plan.
b) Sign Up with your email address and choose a password.
c) Once you have made your payment you can now start booking your classes.
d) Make sure to note down the email you sign up with.
Each of your classes will need an individual booking action. You will see that each time it allows you to book from your membership purchased (even though it says R110).
All studio classes & packages are accessible online and you will see them with a star next to them on the schedule. Your Align Pilates and Mindful strength are classes presented by collaborating instructors and run as separate programs. These two class offerings are not streamed online.

Our posture and alignment depends on muscular balance. Often we are not aware of the slight imbalances that we carry with us due to our everyday. So a private assessment session is key to establishing where your body is at and allows you to cultivate a good foundation of understanding what you will make as your focus in each group class you attend.
You simply come in your Pilates outfit or comfortable clothing. When the weather is colder come with an extra layer of clothing that you can add when you leave. You remain clothed throughout the entire session.
All you need is to be comfortable and able to move freely. Otherwise you can choose if you would like to come with or without socks, depending on the temperature. All equipment ie. Mat and all accessories will be available to you in the studio.
Comfortable clothing is the only prerequisite: Clothes that you feel you can easily move in. We move barefeet in the session and if you like having a sweat towel handy your session can have you perspiring quite a bit.
