Inner Symphony – A Breath, Sound & Movement Immersion 1

Inner Symphony is an immersive experience weaving conscious breathwork, ecstatic and Nia-inspired movement, and sound journeys into one seamless exploration of body, mind, and spirit. Each session is designed as a ceremony of rhythm and release, where music, breath, and somatic awareness guide participants into a state of openness, coherence, and reconnection.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a living, breathing symphony that awakens the intelligence of the body and the language of the soul. Our experiences will take you through the Bands of tension that Dan Brule teaches, allowing the body to release in turn opens us up to a more expansive experience.

Awaken your body’s natural rhythm through a powerful fusion of conscious breathwork, ecstatic & Nia-inspired movement, and soulful sound journey. This 2.5-hour ceremony invites you to move, breathe, and feel — releasing tension, opening the heart, and reconnecting with your inner symphony.

Guided by Anja and Jeanne, you’ll journey through rhythm, emotion, and stillness — allowing breath, sound, and movement to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
