Embark on a Journey of Wellness with the 6 Healing Sounds Qi Gong Series

The 6 Healing Sounds are an ancient Daoist practice for cleansing one’s qi and removing stagnation or excess in the organ systems. As beings made up of a lot of liquid we are affected by sound. Water is an excellent conductor of vibration and sound.

These practices are thousands of years old. Each sound carries a frequency and each organ vibrates at a frequency. The 6 Healing Sounds can assist us to maintain optimal health across all levels of being.

This 6 week Qi Gong series at Think Silver Studio is taught by Lesley-Ann Green. Participants will learn the 6 Healing Sounds and the postures that work with each sound. There are emotions, colours, tastes and seasons linked to the resonance of each organ and in learning these, we can learn how to boost our vital qi, calm our minds, deepen our practice and enhance healing.

Anyone can learn these sounds. Qi Gong daily practice is a powerful tool in the times we live in.

Suitable for all ages. Healers, martial artists, yogis and anyone interested in a vital relationship to energy and life and our journey through it.
