The journey begins with an optional cup of warm raw cacoa, enhancing the experience with its stimulating, grounding, and heart-opening properties.
Flowing into the dance with a few guided warm-ups, followed by a wave of music that builds slowly, peaks, and then settles into stillness and integration.
