Ready to feel strong on court, move better and play with more agility! I look forward to seeing you over the next 21 days. Over the next three weeks, you’ll work through short, progressive sessions that build mobility, stability, balance, control, and recovery - the pillars of a body that can handle the demands of padel with a focus on your legs - moving for healthier hips, knees, feet & ankles. Each day’s routine is simple to follow and takes just 10 - 20 minutes with the last 3 days taking you through a slightly longer routine. You don’t need equipment, just a mat/carpet and a bit of space. The exercises gradually increase in challenge so your body adapts safely and consistently. By Day 21, you’ll feel freer in your hamstrings, feet, hips and stronger in your legs and core, and more stable during fast changes of direction. Please listen to your body. If you have any existing injuries, ongoing pain, medical conditions, or concerns about starting new physical activity, speak with a qualified medical professional before beginning. Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, or anything that doesn’t feel right. This program is meant to support you — never push through discomfort or strain. Let’s get moving.
